Free clip art for best friends. Antique images, postcards and photographs for scrap booking, ATC, greeting cards and collage

Hi everyone! Welcome to all you new visitors and dear followers.
On my last visit to the legacy there was a box of free wool yarn in front of the store. There is always something free out there! The reason this beautiful yarn was out there was because it smelled incredibly musty. It was truly terrible. But the colors were fabulous so I packed it up to take it home. Luckily I had a big plastic bag in my car to contain the odor.  Next I did something that will make all you knitters cringe. I washed all of it in the washing machine on hot! Twice! No more stinky yarn.  Not the kind of stuff to knit a sweater but perfect for other projects.

So many images to pick from makes it hard to settle on a theme.
First is one of the cutest photographs ever. Not sure if she doesn't want to leave or she does not want you to leave. Just precious!
On to the theme of the day Best Friends! I looked for pictures to honor those special friends that we have a special connection with. Or a sister.
If you use images please be sure and mention that you found it on bumble button.

Thank you for visiting and following my little blog. I enjoy posting pictures for you all so much. Hope your day is a creative one, Louise

Still time for a few new photograph on a busy Thursday.

Hi everyone! Hope you are enjoying and using all the pictures. Thank you for visiting from all over the world! Your visits, comments and my followers are so amazing.. Be sure to say hello and share my blog with all your friends.
I am just loving all of this!

First is a photograph taken by my son several years ago. I always feel calm and cool when L look at it.
Now on to the old stuff!
Family church in Sweden. Do people in 1800's to early 1900's keep postcards of their church? I also have 8x10 photographs. So this was a very special and meaningful place for them. I know very little about my great grandmothers family in Sweden.I think they lived near Malmo.

Isn't this the cutest! A sweet little boy spoiled (in a good way) by mom dad and three aunties.Papa was about 3 years old here.
He is wearing the very fashionable and sailor inspired clothing of the day. Queen Victoria, in honor of Albert's career dressed all their many children in this style.

Hilda and Freida

Maggie Fox Bouton
Gen Boutons first wife who followed him in the civil war to care for the wounded. After the war they moved to California.

Oh Josephine! Jane Austin's era, love the clothing.

And now some of my favorite illustrations from a school book reader.

This darling little girl is Dorothy Neff. I'm using this in my header on ebay and she will find her way onto my blog background.  She is from my moms side. How cute this little tea party is! Any doll collectors out there who can tell me what type of doll that is?
I have to run.. So much to do. Please enjoy and share the images for free. Much love to you all, Louise
