Was there with my parents to visit THE KANGXI EMPEROR exhibits... exhibition from 13 March to 14 June 2009.
Featured items include a portrait of Kangxi Emperor in Court Dress, , his ceremonial armour, Kangxi dictionary, a vase with lotus motif, Amillary sphere inscribed with name of Ferdinand Verbiest, and a portriat of the Xiocheng Ren (Kangxi's first empress).
Also featured were 2 very very very long portrait scrolls~ One is the Kangxi Emperor's Southern Inspection Tour, a scroll so long that the museum could only display 9 metres of the 22 metres (due to conservation regulations)... there was also a video scan of the entire scroll beside the exhibit that took me 3mins 22secs to view from the left end to right end.

The second portrait scroll is the Birthday Scroll... this is even longer... a total of 80 metres long~!!! However, the museum only had half of it - 40metres, but only some 9 metres of the 40 metres was displayed. It took me 4mins 30secs to view the video scan from left to right... scary~

Took dad there for an eye checkup... also spotted this BMI (Body Mass Index) measuring scale... operating for free~ keke...
Hopped on and scanned my I/C to activate the machine... then out comes a results slip~
I have a BMI of 22.55 kg/m2 - in the healthy range... but I think I got to cut down my weight... ^^"
Breakfast~ one of my favourite~!
Love the fish pond at CGH... the fishes in there are insanely huge~
the BIGGER ones dwell further inwards..

Was my brother's toy until he got sick of its size... its at my disposal for now...
Gonna take a while to figure out its usage...
Mum was pretty much hooked onto Majong Titans and InkBall... she sat there for 2 hours straight...

Grocery shopping (again~) @ NTUC Eastpoint...
This cheese tofu is fantastic! I love it so much I fought with my sis over the last piece at the dining table... hahaha...
Also bought some live crabs... gave it a little shower at the sink...
then I placed it on the floor for some entertainment...

Also made this motivation posters after I learnt that Maggie Q is gonna cast as Mai Shiranui in the now-filming King of Fighters movie in Vancouver...
